Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Taskaid AI (the “Service”), a product operated by Satria Technologies Private Limited (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Taskaid AI is one of several products offered by the Company. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. The Service is not directed to children.

2. Your Account

  • You may sign in using a supported third-party authentication provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
  • Provide accurate and current information, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accounts are for individual use. You may not share credentials or let others access the Service through your account.

3. The Service

Taskaid AI provides task, list, and calendar management together with an AI assistant and a programmatic interface (including a Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) server) for connecting compatible third-party clients. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that adversely affect your use of the Service.

4. Trial, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. New accounts may receive a trial period. After the trial ends, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription.
  • The trial requires a valid payment method on file. When the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring (e.g., monthly or annual) basis through our third-party payment processor (Stripe), and you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (billing portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
  • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added where required. We may change pricing on a prospective basis and will give reasonable notice before changes take effect.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not pro-rated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the address below.

5. AI Features

The AI assistant relies on third-party large language model providers and processes the content you submit (such as task names, notes, and chat messages) to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, and you should not use it as the sole basis for important decisions.

6. API and Third-Party Integrations

You may connect third-party clients to your account using OAuth-based, scoped access (for example, to read or write tasks, events, or plans). You are responsible for the clients you authorize and the actions they take on your behalf, and you can revoke their access at any time. We are not responsible for third-party clients, services, or their handling of your data, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through the Service, including your tasks, lists, events, plans, and messages (“Your Content”).
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including transmitting it to our sub-processors (such as our AI and hosting providers) to deliver features you use.
  • You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls, or misuse the AI or API features; or
  • upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Taskaid AI and Satria Technologies Private Limited names and logos, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services, including authentication (Google), payments (Stripe), hosting and analytics, and AI providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or INR 5,000.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date or by notifying you in the Service). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
