About Taskaid

Built for agents.

Taskaid is a task manager your assistant can run without being told how.

Your work should outlive the conversation.

Your assistants capture work and do it, but each conversation ends when you close it, and the work shouldn't end with it. Taskaid is where it lands: one list every assistant you use can read and write, still there when you come back.

There should be little to learn.

Your assistant should be able to read your tasks, add to them and plan your day without being told how. That only works with a few ideas, named plainly, behaving the same everywhere. Where an agent stumbles, we change the product rather than explain it.

You should have less to manage.

Anything can push work in, so the product earns its place by staying quiet under that load rather than by offering more to arrange. The same simplicity that serves an agent leaves less for you to keep in order.
