Tasks open as cards

Assistants that support MCP Apps, such as ChatGPT and Claude, now show an opened task as a card alongside their reply.

  • The card shows the task and the start of its note. Expand it for more.
  • A task an assistant creates or changes gets a card too.
  • Assistants without MCP Apps read the task as text, as before.

An assistant used to answer with its own retelling of a task, and the task itself stayed out of sight. Now the task appears in the conversation as it is, above whatever the assistant says about it, with a link back to it in Taskaid. The card takes on the assistant's own look, light or dark. Each change brings a fresh card, so after an edit made through the chat, the newest card shows the note as it now stands.
