Assistants open a task by its reference; lists shorten long notes.

Reading was all or nothing. The list was the only way in, so an assistant holding a reference had to search for a task it could already name, and long notes came back in full whether or not anyone wanted them.
Now it can open one task. Ask for TASKAID-45, #45 or 45 and that task comes back whole, note included, while the list keeps long notes short and points at the task for the rest. A reference that belongs to someone else is refused by name rather than quietly answering nothing.
Every task also records which app created it, so an assistant can see where work came from.
