# Taskaid pricing

$10 a month, free for 15 days.

Taskaid is a personal task manager your agents can work in. It is one price for one person, with no seats to count and no tier that unlocks the part you actually wanted.

## At a glance

- **Includes:** Every feature, including whatever gets built while you are subscribed.
- **Assistants:** Any assistant that works over MCP, as many as you work with. You and your agents share memory of tasks.
- **Seats:** One person. No shared boards, no assignees.
- **Trial:** 15 days, then $10 a month until you cancel.
- **Cancelling:** Any time, from settings. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no refunds or pro-rating.
- **Your data:** Export or deletion on request, at any time.

## Pricing questions

### Do I need a card to start?

Yes. The trial runs through Stripe with a card on file, which is what makes it start the moment you sign up rather than after a sales conversation. You can cancel inside the 15 days and never be charged.

### How do I cancel?

From your settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal — the same place invoices and payment methods live. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.

### Is there an annual plan, or a team plan?

Neither, yet. An annual price is a discount for a commitment neither of us can judge this early, and a team plan would make Taskaid something it deliberately is not — there are no shared boards, no assignees and nobody who can put work on your desk.

### Why is there only one plan?

Tiers exist to sort customers by how much they can be charged, and doing that means keeping something back from the cheaper one. With a single person as the customer there is nothing to sort: the person paying $10 and the person who would have paid thirty want the same product.

### Why isn't there a free plan?

A subscription rather than a free plan because the AI costs money every time it runs. That cost does not disappear on a free tier — it moves to an advertiser, a buyer of your data, or funding that runs out and takes the product with it. Charging for the product means the product answers to you.

### Will the price change?

The price is deliberate rather than final. If it changes, it changes for new subscriptions, and you will hear it from us before you see it on a card statement.

Payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated, which is why the trial is 15 days rather than a gesture. The [terms](https://taskaid.ai/terms) set this out in full.
