## Assistants

Connect Taskaid to your assistant and run your day right inside the chat — no tab switching, no copy-paste.

## Daily plan

Your tasks, meetings, and loose ends, made into a day that makes sense. Written with your assistant. Kept in Taskaid.

## Handoff

Start in one conversation. Pick it up in the next. Your notes, decisions, and next steps stay with the task. How it works: https://taskaid.ai/handoff

## What we believe

- Your work should outlive the conversation.
- There should be little to learn.
- You should have less to manage.

## Common questions

### Who is Taskaid for?

One person and the assistants they work with. There are no shared boards, no assignees and nobody who can put work on your desk — it is deliberately not a team tool. It suits people who already think out loud in ChatGPT or Claude and want the result to land somewhere that outlives the conversation.

### Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. Taskaid works as an ordinary task manager on its own. Connecting an assistant is a single approval screen: you sign in, see exactly what it is allowed to do, and approve. There are no keys to paste and nothing to configure.

### Which assistants can connect?

Taskaid is listed in the ChatGPT plugin directory and it supports MCP, so Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and anything else that does connects to it directly. Connecting is an OAuth approval you can revoke from settings.

### What happens to my data?

Your tasks are yours. When you use the AI features, the text they need goes to our model provider to generate a response. The privacy policy sets out what is stored and who it is shared with.

### Why is there no free plan?

Because the AI costs money every time it runs, and a free plan does not remove that cost — it moves it to someone else. That someone is usually an advertiser, a buyer of your data, or funding that runs out and takes the product with it. A subscription keeps it straight: you pay for the product, so the product answers to you. It is $10 a month, and the 15-day trial is long enough to judge it on your own work rather than on a promise.
